Low Moisture Cleaning Process
The first step taken by our carpet technicians is to vacuum your carpet in order to remove loose dirt and larger particles. This important step, left out by many “get in get out” companies, ensures that the final stages in the carpet cleaning procedure can be done most effectively.
Then we spray on a mild carpet cleaning solution and lightly scrub the carpet, working the solution into the fibers to dissolve the dirt and stains. This process actually loosens the bond between the carpet fibers and the soils and stains.
Finally we go over your carpet with our rotary cleaning machine, fitted with clean, absorbent cloth pads. We continue this process, exchanging the soiled pads for clean pads as many times as is necessary to absorb the cleaning solution along with the dirt, spots and stains.
